Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for harmonizing your body-mind-spirit, bringing stress reduction and deep relaxation. The ancient symbol for Reiki expresses the truth of this practice : "Rei" - spirit, sacred, divine - outpours life-giving energy, the breath of life "ki", into 3 vessels where it directly vitalizes the mind-body-spirit.
