  • Free HBOT chamber delivery within 20 miles of North Ogden, UT. For deliveries outside of a 20-mile radius, we’ll charge $2 per mile with a $300 minimum.

  • Free HBOT chamber pickup within 20 miles of North Ogden, UT. For pickups outside of a 20-mile radius, we’ll charge $2 per mile with a $300 minimum.

  • If the equipment is not returned in a clean condition, a $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • The minimum rental duration is 2 months. After 2 months, the hyperbaric chamber rental agreement can be cancelled with a 15 day notice.
